INNOVATIVE WORKSHOPS SUPPORTING ...

CHILD CARE, PRESCHOOL,  & SCHOOL-AGE CHILD CARE
STAFF TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

The Learningtree Network, Inc. provides a comprehensive selection of professional preparation and ongoing professional development workshops, seminars, and webinars for individuals working in child care, preschool, and school-age child care programs.   All professional development programs are designed to prepare participants to work with young, pre-school, and school-age children, as well as to provide ongoing professional development experiences to further enhance knowledge, skills, and practices essential to providing the highest quality of services to children and families.

To accommodate the busy professional and family schedules of participants, The Learningtree Network has developed a series of "web-based" online workshops and webinars that allow child care, pre-school, and school-age child care organizations as well as their individual employees to more easily and conveniently schedule or enroll in staff development training as required by state and local licensing agencies.

Web-Based Online Workshops
The Learningtree Network Workshops

Do you find it difficult to find high-quality professional development or to attend after hour staff training workshops due to family commitments?  You are not alone!  The Learningtree Network was founded by educators and child care professionals who wanted staff training and professional development not only to be informative but also highly useful learning experiences. Additionally, it was important that workshops could be easily scheduled to fit into the personal schedules of workshop participants.

All Learningtree Network workshops, including its "web-based" online workshops, "live" online webinars, and its "on-site" in-person workshops are not only focused on the workshop topic but are developed to give workshop participants key information “they need to know” to become more effective educators and child care professionals … be it knowledge, skills, or techniques.

All workshops have been developed by the Learningtree Network’s network of certified and experienced professionals who have worked or are currently working in the field of child care, early childhood, or elementary education. Workshop developers, instructors, and leaders are expert and highly competent within their areas of teaching and the workshop they are developing to ensure that professional development workshops and training meet the highest standards and are of exceptional quality.

Instructors are approved instructors and trainers by the Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System (PQAS), New Jersey Workforce Registry, New York Aspire Registry, Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC), Virginia Office of Early Childhood Development/Department of Social Services, and the Ohio Child Care Resource and Referral Association (OCCRRA).

Workshops are developed based on the most current research and practices in child development, learning styles and how children learn, assessment, behavior and behavioral management, learning environments, program management, and other components key to implementing a highly effective and successful early childhood program.

About Us

ABOUT US

With over 45 years of classroom, administrative, and corporate experience working with young, pre-school, and school-age children in the public and private sectors of education and child care, the founders of The Learningtree Network decided to use their expertise and extensive experience to develop state-of-the-art, high quality training programs for early childhood and school-age education and child care professionals.

After working their entire professional careers educating young and school-age children, while simultaneously founding and operating numerous award-winning school-age child care and summer enrichment programs that cared for and provided high quality enrichment experiences for thousands of school-age children in the southeastern Pennsylvania region, Richard and Gail Jadico, with a staff of experienced educators and child care professionals founded The Learningtree Network in 2015.  Their sole purpose in starting The Learningtree Network was to fill a critical need for educators of pre-school and school-age children, as well as child care professionals to have access to more available high quality, state-of-the-art staff development and training workshops.

With a corporate and consulting staff of experienced and highly qualified educators and child care professionals, The Learningtree Network offers child care and school-age child care providers a comprehensive network of professional services focusing on administrative support, program and curriculum design and development, and professional development and staff training.

As a leader in the field of providing high quality child care, school-age child care, and educational and childcare support services, the sole focus of The Learningtree Network is “leading the way in learning support and professional development solutions” that will promote the highest quality of child care and educational services, for children of all ages and their families.
